The Foray Motor Group is one of the leading approved Ford providers in the South West of England. With dealerships in Salisbury, Poole, Andover, Dorchester, Yeovil, Taunton, Shaftesbury and the latest addition in Trowbridge, the company offers a wide range of ever popular Ford vehicles - from the Ka to the Mondeo - to private and business drivers right across the region.
The Brief
The Foray dealerships wanted a dedicated servicing website - one that worked as an intelligent microsite to the company's main site - where customers could quickly and easily book services and MOTs, find their most convenient dealer from the eight available and view all the latest offers.
The Solution
The Tucker solution works alongside the main Foray Motor Group website, adheres to the client's and Ford's stringent brand and corporate guidelines and is demonstrably clear, fast and simple to use. In fact, visitors can book a service or an MOT, for example, in just a couple of clicks and easily take advantage of the most up to date offers, such as Foray providing one year's free roadside assistance with every car service.
The Result
The new Foray aftersales website was launched early in 2012 to a very positive response from visitors, with simple, clear click through buttons for fast and straighforward navigation. Behind the scenes the site is engineered on Tucker Digital's own custom administration system and is content managed, enabling it to be easily updated by the Foray team.
